Eileen Ting

B.App.Sc. (Physio), MSc (Neuro Physio)

Eileen is a Clinical Lead Physiotherapist with 14 years of experience in neurological and vestibular physiotherapy, with advanced expertise in the management of complex neurological and vestibular conditions. She is the Clinical Lead of Advanced Neuro Rehab’s Grange Road practice and co-ordinates the organisation’s clinical staff training and mentoring program.

Eileen has developed extensive expertise in the assessment and management of Parkinson’s disease and leads Advanced Neuro Rehab’s Parkinson’s service. She developed and runs Parkinson’s Fightback, a neurophysiotherapist-led exercise program for people living with Parkinson’s disease. She has worked closely with Parkinson’s SA and has been invited to present at national and international conferences, seminars and professional education events.

Eileen completed a Master of Clinical Rehabilitation (Neurological Physiotherapy) at Flinders University. She has also been involved in research investigating exercise and rehabilitation for people with Parkinson’s disease and was awarded a Parkinson’s SA Research Scholarship for her work in this area. Her research was subsequently presented at the Australian Physiotherapy Association National Conference.

Eileen’s commitment to excellence in neurological rehabilitation has also been recognised with a Service Excellence Award from Brain Injury SA.

Eileen is passionate about helping people achieve meaningful goals and live active, independent lives. Outside of work, she is an avid trail runner and enjoys hiking and kayaking. Having trained for and competed in a number of ultramarathons, she brings a genuine appreciation of the commitment, persistence and support involved in working towards challenging goals.
