Jebin Thomas

Jebin graduated from Flinders University with a combined Bachelor of Health Sciences and Master of Physiotherapy. He began his physiotherapy career in a rural/regional health care setting where he developed an early solid foundation of clinical skills in assessment and treatment of a wide variety of acute and sub-acute conditions.
Jebin has continued working with people experiencing challenges to their walking, balance, coordination, strength and confidence after a neurological injury. Jebin enjoys assisting people through their rehabilitation journey and believes that enabling and empowering them to obtain the best outcomes possible and thus achieving their goals are very important.
Since joining Advanced Neuro Rehab, Jebin has developed a particular interest in dizziness and vertigo, balance problems, Parkinson’s disease, headache management and motor neurone disease.

- Dizziness, vertigo and balance problems
- BPPV and vestibular conditions

- Migraine and headache management
- Stroke and brain injury rehabilitation
- Chest and respiratory physiotherapy
- Motor Neurone Disease (MND)
- Neurological rehabilitation
Jebin’s warm approach filled with enthusiasm and empathy helps people feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their rehabilitation journey. He works collaboratively to understand all the factors potentially contributing to symptoms and develops practical, individualised programs centred around their goals and everyday activities.
He is passionate about continually developing his clinical skills, particularly in neurological and vestibular physiotherapy, and supporting people to improve their physical capacity, confidence, and quality of life.
Treatment approach
Jebin believes that it is important to have a personalised approach to the physiotherapy care provided, where people feel included and can collaborate freely on their rehabilitation journey. Important features of this are taking the time to understand each person, their concerns, and what matters most to them. He combines hands-on treatment with tailored exercise and movement rehabilitation to achieve the best outcomes.
This allows people to better understand their symptoms and more importantly understand how and why we structure a specific rehabilitation program for them. This helps in building confidence in movement and developing practical strategies they can use in their everyday lives. Jebin enjoys working with people to navigate complex presentations and develop practical, achievable rehabilitation plans that help them return to the activities they value.
Outside of physiotherapy
Outside of work, Jebin enjoys spending time with family and friends in Adelaide and interstate. He also loves watching sport and catching up on his favourite Netflix and TV shows, so he’d love to hear about your favourite show!
